Federated wins RERC Award

Andrea Christoffer, Federated’s marketing and communications manager, accepted the Silver Switch Award on behalf of Federated members. The award recognizes Federated’s role in local economic development.

Federated Wins National Community Award

The National Rural Electric Cooperative Association (NRECA) recently awarded Federated with their Community Investment Award. Federated received the award for its work with the AGCO expansion in Jackson, which created 200 new jobs in 2012 and granted them a $740,000 loan.
