Quality Installation for Central Air and Heat Pumps
Federated now offers "Quality Installation" rebates for central air and heat pumps, which requires the use of a "qualified installer." This means the installer has passed a certification test. The rebate levels are as follows based on the unit's SEER level or efficiency rating:

| SEER 14.0 to 14.9 | $180 | $280 |
| SEER 15.0 to 15.9 | $280 | $380 |
| SEER 16 and higher | $330 | $430 |
Note: Ductless air conditioner or ductless heat pumps are not eligible for the Quality Install rebates.
