Ground Source Heat Pumps

Federated provides a $200/ton ground source heat pump rebate. Ground source heat pumps are 400 percent efficient. Check with your tax preparer on the tax incentive for installing a ground source heat pump in 2009; it is not necessary to use a Quality Install contractor for ground source heat pumps.

Federated also provides a $300 rebate on ductless air source heat pumps, $35 on energy-efficient window/room air conditioners and $100 on an electronically commutated motor (ECM) HVAC system.
